The Klein Law Group represents owners and developers. throughout the lifespan of the construction project.  We draft and negotiate construction agreements including Design Professional Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Construction Management Agreements and General Contractor Agreements.  

Our agreements are individually tailored to the specific client’s needs based on each particular project.  We draft our contracts with an eye towards avoiding disputes later on in the project cycle.

 The Klein Law Group are also experienced in dealing with adjacent/adjoining property owner disputes that arise during the course of the project, including underpinning agreements and access and protection license agreements.
